The Fellowship governance structure is managed as follows;
- The Board: – The Board’s Primary function is high level advocacy for the fellowship and the issues it represents as well as strategic oversight of the fellowship i.e. overseeing the Executive Committee and its operational mandate. The Board constitutes of Board Executive chairperson and Board directors and some officials of executive committee.
- Executive Committee: – The executive committee governs the operations and ensures the fellowship realizes its mission. The Executive committee headed by the Chairperson overseas and heads the work of the standing committees.
- Standing Committees: – All members upon entry choose to join committees based on their area of expertise or interest. There are six standing committees including

- Programs: – (In charge of design and execution of fellowship service and social activities)
- Membership:-( Ensure attraction and retention of members through providing opportunities for leadership and business growth)
- Public Relations:-(Create awareness and visibility of fellowship activities)
- Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising: (Partnerships, Proposal Writing, Resource Mobilization).
- Finance & Administration: (Administration, Audit, M& E, Regulatory Affairs).
- Roses Consulates (Local chapters)- Growing our footprint. In a bid to enhance our visibility, improve our relations and grow our membership, we have a representation of Roses consulates in different countries and Rotary districts. Consulates should have at least a group membership of 10 Roses. Their scope of work is in line with the mandate of the fellowship.
